Introverted Moms’ Advent Calendar

Welcome to our Introverted Moms’ Advent Calendar experience!

Each day, December 1-24, you’ll receive a small self-care prompt/gift/treat for your soul. Knowing that hundreds of other moms are doing the same infuses joy into what otherwise becomes a frantic season.

Here’s what other participants have had to say about it:

I just wanted to tell you what a huge blessing this advent has been. You’re helping me put self care as a priority, give myself permission to not over schedule, and listen to other like-minded people so I don’t feel crazy. Thank you!!!! ~ Tiffany

I’m going on my 10th year as a single, full-time working mom to four children. I’ve always experienced a bit of depression and anxiety in December. But this year I’m having fun with it. I LOVE being part of a group where I have a daily personal goal for myself and can check in with like-minded people once a day. ~ Tabitha

Participating in the Advent Calendar and hearing from others in the community have been so helpful in having a Christmas I actually enjoyed. My daughter (an extrovert) said it was kind of boring. She’s used to me running around, sweaty, while barking orders, LOL! ~ Marcy

There are three options for how you can follow along:

  1. The printable calendar (see instructions below)
  2. The biweekly emails I’ll send (we’ll send at the start and end of each Advent week)
  3. The Advent Calendar thread in our forum, which will be updated each day!

Choose one of the above options, two, or all three–whatever sounds like the most fun and relaxing way for you to participate!

If you would like to print the Advent Calendar, click here to download. (please don’t share this link)

After you print, you’re ready to cut your slips out!

Then fold the part with the self-care suggestion over, so that you can no longer see it. This will keep each day’s treat a surprise until you “unwrap” it.

Arrange them however you’d like–in a jar with the numbered ends sticking out, on a small clothesline attached with paper clips, or any other method your creative heart comes up with.

If you are printing a calendar, try to prep it before December begins if possible. (Enlist a child’s help for all that cutting, perhaps?!)

Then look for my first email on December 1st as we get started together! Make sure jamiecmartin@infusedcomms.com is a contact in your address book so you won’t miss anything.

I’m looking forward to a more peaceful advent, one day at a time, alongside you!
