Welcome to our FINAL Spring Break! It’s a weeklong self-care program I created that we enjoy together as a community each spring, but you’re welcome to revisit it anytime.
For each day there is a self-care theme, as well as a 5-10 minute audio devotional that combines poetry, stories, literary inspiration, and short excerpts from my book Introverted Mom.
Take a peek at the daily self-care themes:

Wondering how you can take a whole week off for Spring Break?
No worries, you don’t have to! Just try to carve out a few minutes for yourself each day:
5-10 minutes to listen to the devotional, then 15-20 (or more!) for the self-care theme.
If you can’t make it work when we do it as a group, plan your Spring Break for another time! But I do think that participating together as a community makes it an even more powerful experience if at all possible.
Supply List for your Spring Break – what you’ll need:
• a way to listen to the short daily audio (phone or computer)
• a bar of your favorite dark chocolate (or other treat you love)
• a Bible/prayer app or favorite devotional
• the book you’re currently reading
• a movie/TV show to enjoy during spring break
• time to enjoy all of the above
