North America: Taste the World Feast

If you want to celebrate with a feast based on the North American region, here’s what you need to prep your grocery list!

Choose one item or all of the below (adjust serving sizes as needed):

Native American Fry Bread
Appetizer: Fry Bread, Native American ~ Ingredients: All-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, water, veg oil (for frying)
Barbecued Ribs, United States
Main Course, Option 1: Barbecued Ribs, United States ~ Ingredients: 2 racks of pork ribs, 2 cups hickory wood chips, for smoking (optional), paprika, salt, brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, oregano, granulated garlic, cayenne pepper (optional), black pepper
Dijon & Maple Grilled Chicken, Canada
Main Course Option 2: Dijon & Maple Grilled Chicken, Canada ~ Ingredients: chicken breasts, 1/2 cup maple syrup, Dijon mustard, 2 garlic cloves
Grilled Green Onion & Sweet Potato Salad with Warm Chèvre, Canada
Side Dish: Grilled Green Onion & Sweet Potato Salad with Warm Chèvre, Canada ~ Ingredients: sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt and pepper, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 large sweet potatoes, 6 spring onions, 1/4 cup crumbled chèvre goat cheese
All-American Apple Pie (Use premade pie dough if you want to simplify!)
Dessert: All-American Apple Pie ~ Ingredients: 2.5 cups all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, 2 sticks cold butter (or use a premade pie crust to simplify!), 4 lbs baking apples, 1 lemon, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch (optional)
